RENTAL AND USAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Equipment Inspection and Working Order

- All equipment rented from Club Out will be inspected, tested, and verified to be in proper working order prior to delivery.

- Upon delivery, the customer or an authorized representative will be required to sign off on the condition of the equipment, confirming that all items are in good working order at the time of handover.

- In the event the equipment is delivered without the customer present, a detailed inspection report will be provided, documenting the condition of the equipment.

2. Customer Responsibility for Equipment

The customer agrees to take responsibility for the care of all equipment from the time of delivery until time of collection. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Ensuring that all equipment is used in accordance with the provided instructions.

- Protecting the equipment from weather-related damage, improper use, and accidental damage.

- Reporting any malfunction, damage, or failure to Club Out immediately.

3. Damage, Malfunction, or Loss

- Any damage, malfunction, or loss of equipment that occurs while in the customer’s care will be the responsibility of the customer, and the customer will be liable for repair or replacement costs.

- If equipment is found to be defective upon delivery, the customer must notify Club Out immediately, and a replacement or repair will try to be arranged at no extra cost, provided the notification occurs within the first hour of the event’s start time.

- If any equipment malfunctions or becomes damaged due to improper use or negligence, the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.

For safety reasons, drinking on the LED dance floor is strictly prohibited. Spilled liquids can create a slippery surface and potentially damage the LED circuitry. In the event of any damage, the customer will be held fully responsible for repair or replacement costs, including individual panels or, if necessary, the entire floor.

4. Return of Equipment

All equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, barring normal wear and tear.

- If equipment is found to be damaged, malfunctioning, or lost upon return, the customer may be charged additional fees for repairs or replacement.

5. Liability

- Club Out is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the misuse or improper setup of the equipment by the customer or any third party.

- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Club Out harmless for any claims arising from the use of rented equipment.

6. Final Inspection

- A final inspection will be conducted by a Club Out representative upon the return of the equipment or upon pickup from the customer’s location.

- Any discrepancies between the condition of the equipment at the time of delivery and at the time of return will be noted and will result in additional charges.

7. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By signing this agreement or proceeding with the rental, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions.
