- Upon delivery, the customer or an authorized representative will be required to sign off on the condition of the equipment, confirming that all items are in good working order at the time of handover.
- In the event the equipment is delivered without the customer present, a detailed inspection report will be provided, documenting the condition of the equipment.
- Ensuring that all equipment is used in accordance with the provided instructions.
- Protecting the equipment from weather-related damage, improper use, and accidental damage.
- Reporting any malfunction, damage, or failure to Club Out immediately.
- If equipment is found to be defective upon delivery, the customer must notify Club Out immediately, and a replacement or repair will try to be arranged at no extra cost, provided the notification occurs within the first hour of the event’s start time.
- If any equipment malfunctions or becomes damaged due to improper use or negligence, the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
For safety reasons, drinking on the LED dance floor is strictly prohibited. Spilled liquids can create a slippery surface and potentially damage the LED circuitry. In the event of any damage, the customer will be held fully responsible for repair or replacement costs, including individual panels or, if necessary, the entire floor.
- If equipment is found to be damaged, malfunctioning, or lost upon return, the customer may be charged additional fees for repairs or replacement.
- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Club Out harmless for any claims arising from the use of rented equipment.
- Any discrepancies between the condition of the equipment at the time of delivery and at the time of return will be noted and will result in additional charges.
